FocusArt is a productivity app that helps you focus by blocking distracting apps during focus sessions. Users earn credits based on completed focus time, which can be spent to collect digital art pieces within the app.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and account. You agree to use FocusArt only for lawful purposes. You understand that app blocking relies on iOS Screen Time permissions which you must grant.

Intellectual Property

All art images displayed in FocusArt are either in the public domain or properly licensed. The FocusArt app, including its design, features, and code, is the intellectual property of FocusArt and is protected by copyright laws.

Virtual Credits and Art Collection

Credits earned in FocusArt have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. Art pieces collected are digital items for personal enjoyment within the app and do not represent ownership of actual artworks.

Limitation of Liability

FocusArt is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to lost productivity or data loss.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of FocusArt after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
